What Compass collects when you join the waitlist, and how to get it deleted.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address, the date you joined, and the page you joined from.

If you answer the optional questions after joining, we also keep your answers: your website, your role, the platform your site runs on, your main goal, and anything you write in the free text field.

Why

To confirm your email, to email you when your spot opens, and to understand who Compass is for. We don't sell or share it.

Who processes it

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (sending email) and PostHog (analytics, only with your consent). Each processes data only to run this service for us.

How long we keep it

Until Compass opens for you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Email misha@noetio.com to see, correct or delete your data. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, which deletes your signup.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

For usage measurement we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. They set no cookies and do not identify you.

We also use PostHog, provided by PostHog Inc., with data stored on its EU servers, to see how visitors find and use this site, including recordings of visits. Everything you type is hidden in recordings. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland PostHog only loads after you click Accept in the cookie banner. It sets cookies and browser storage whose names start with ph_ to recognise a returning browser. If you join the waitlist after accepting, your visits are linked to your email.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing deletes the PostHog cookies and browser storage.

Who is responsible

Auraqu, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation and the data controller for the personal data described here. Registered address: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Compass is a product of Auraqu, Inc., which also operates noetio. Full details: legal notice.
